**Job Overview**: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in R2R experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing journal entries, reports, and reconciliations to support month-end and year-end close activities. This will involve working closely with various departments to research and close open items, as well as performing and executing fixed assets, intercompany, and payroll accounting transactions.

An additional responsibility of the role is to propose and park correction GL postings and work with onsite to facilitate the month end process. To excel in this position, you will need advanced Excel, PowerPoint knowledge and working experience is mandatory. Good knowledge and working experience on PeopleSoft is preferred, and experience in Hospitality Industry is an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in R2R domain
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and ability to apply them in a real-world setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint knowledge and working experience is mandatory
  • Good knowledge and working experience on PeopleSoft is preferred
  • Experience in Hospitality Industry is an added advantage
