As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a key role in managing candidate communications and ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
- Reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
- Educating candidates on documentation requirements, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the process.
- Documenting interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
