Responsibilities:
- Handle real-time on-trip queries from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport providers to resolve urgent issues.
- Provide immediate assistance for any itinerary changes or disruptions.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers to ensure a smooth journey.
- Document all queries and resolutions for continuous service improvement.
- Work closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, travel operations, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with travel bookings, reservations, and emergency handling.
- Ability to work independently and make quick judgments.
