Quality Assurance Expert Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for quality and excellence.

As a Quality Assurance expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Test Planning & Strategy: Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
  • Manual & Automated Testing: Execute a variety of tests, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, both manually and using automated tools (web and mobile applications).
  • Bug Reporting: Accurately identify, document, and track software defects from discovery through resolution using a bug-tracking system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand product requirements and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
