Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using C#, Specflow/Nunit, Cucumber, SQL, and other technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Create high-quality automated test scripts that meet the required standards.
  • Testing: Perform manual testing, including integration, functional, and regression testing of web applications.
  • Data Validation: Write and analyze complex SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
  • Test Management: Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test execution logs, and manage the defect lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL – ability to write and understand complex queries.
  • Testing Experience: Solid experience in manual testing, including integration, functional, and regression testing.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows.
  • Version Control: Working knowledge of version control systems.
  • SDLC Knowledge: Understanding of SDLC, defect tracking, and QA documentation.
