Job Opportunity: Research Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Research Executive. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing research strategies, proposals, and project plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive research proposals that meet client needs and adhere to project briefs.
  • Prepare robust and error-free material for fieldwork launch, including brief notes, budgets, and show cards.
Research Proposal Development
  • Design and prepare high-quality questionnaires for simple projects, considering different scales and implications.
  • Digitalize questionnaires with scripting assistance.
Project Management
  • Understand and manage fieldwork processes, providing comprehensive field briefings after understanding objectives from seniors.
  • Plan and prioritize project activities according to timelines, sharing research study prerequisites with PM teams.
  • Debrief interviewers and POG teams on studies and questionnaires, finalizing estimates, costing, and budgeting for projects.
  • Launch projects online in necessary software and prepare analysis plans for simple projects.
Client Management and Collaboration
  • Manage clients independently for routine matters, address queries, and provide error-free insights and deliverables.
  • Attend client meetings, make notes, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with teams, working independently with minimal supervision.
