Job Title: Market Insights Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Research Analyst to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth industry research, financial analysis, and generating actionable insights for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on cement sector companies, industry trends, demand-supply dynamics, pricing, and capacity expansions.
  • Research infrastructure and real estate sectors, including regulatory updates, market performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop detailed financial models for coverage companies.
  • Prepare research reports, sector updates, and thematic studies.
  • Support client interactions with data-driven insights and presentations.
  • Maintain knowledge of global and domestic macroeconomic developments impacting the sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in equity research/industry research (preferably in cement sector).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and sector dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification.
