About the Role

As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the process of orientation in our organization. This role involves ensuring completion of mandatory online modules by all associates, verifying completion of skill certification process for front line associates, and identifying training needs based on information from various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training & Development
    • Drive the process of orientation in our organization.
    • Ensure completion of mandatory online modules by all associates.
    • Verify completion of skill certification process for front line associates.
    • Identify training needs based on information from various channels.
    • Prepare training calendar.
    • Work in coordination with the L&D Hub Head.
  • People Focus
    • Liaise with the Human Resources team for conducting employee engagement activities.
    • Assist the Human Resources team in driving reward and recognition programs.
