Senior Legal Document Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing non-disclosure agreements and managing the NDA chart in accordance with our internal playbook.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and manage non-disclosure agreements, ensuring compliance with our internal policies.
- Coordinate contract and legal department document management, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage LEI charts, apply for initial LEIs, and renewals via Bloomberg, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Maintain and update Certificate of Incumbency for funds and corporate entities, ensuring timely submissions.
- Manage and populate contract abstraction charts, demonstrating expertise in contract document management.
- Understand the importance of Incumbency certificates and ensure their accuracy.
- Assist with general corporate filings as needed, preparing FinCen BOIR reports with precision.
- Manage fund and corporate entities through the registered agent portal, ensuring seamless communication.
- Prepare state formation and dissolution entity filings, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the same domain.
