Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality business intelligence dashboards and reports.

  • Design and develop interactive and compelling Tableau dashboards and visualizations to meet business requirements.
  • Connect to, extract, and transform data from various sources, including SQL databases, data warehouses, and other data platforms.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications and reports.
  • Perform data modeling, data cleansing, and ETL processes to prepare data for reporting.
  • Implement best practices for performance tuning, including optimizing Tableau workbooks and underlying data sources.
  • Manage and administer Tableau Server/Online, including user permissions, data source publishing, and scheduling.
  • Create technical documentation for dashboards, data sources, and business logic.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Tableau Developer.
  • Extensive experience in designing and developing interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and database design.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and/or Tableau Online.
  • Proven ability to connect to various data sources and perform data modeling and transformation.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques in Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
