Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving key business decisions through data-driven insights.

  • Design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc., to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of all managerial and business intelligence reports, views, dashboards, and user data within established controls.
  • Implement new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies, and procedures.
  • Train and support end users on accessing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions, including reports, cubes, and dashboards.
  • Analyze and interpret data and business intelligence reports to identify trends and patterns.
  • Work with stakeholders to assess various reporting needs and devise plans for delivering the most appropriate reporting solutions.
  • Design and develop recurring and ad-hoc business intelligence solutions using industry best practices for presentation, efficiency, and user friendliness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Azure, Python, Databricks, and Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
