Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Tableau and SQL to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Tableau.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning for efficient data analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all business intelligence solutions.
  • Perform data modeling and create efficient structures to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Integrate Tableau with multiple databases and data sources (RDBMS, Cloud, APIs, etc.) to unlock valuable insights.
  • Support data governance, security, and compliance policies to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of business intelligence solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, UAT support, and documentation of business intelligence solutions to ensure quality and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau Desktop.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience working with large datasets and optimizing query performance.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms preferred.
  • Tableau Server/Online administration tasks also desirable.
