Life and Wellness Coach Expert

A comprehensive mental health solution for employers and health plans, we use clinically validated technology called Precision Mental Healthcare to tailor support for each person.
Job Overview:- Deliver structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients via video or phone.
- Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
- Maintain a calendar displaying availability and track session notes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, licensed clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team when needed.
- Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, disabilities, and genders.
Clients partner with our coaches in a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space that facilitates exploration, self-discovery, and growth.
Requirements:- Be actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body, including the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other regionally accredited bodies following similar professional and ethical standards.
- Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience is required.
- Be adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
- Have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
- Be comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
- Commit to quality care, expand capabilities, and increase effectiveness by staying informed about client progress or challenges.
- Preferring to work independently, but also enjoy having a team's support, connections, and collaboration opportunities with other coaches.
