Corporate Yoga Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Corporate Yoga Lead to spearhead the growth of our corporate wellness program's yoga vertical. This role encompasses more than just teaching – you will be the subject matter expert responsible for delivering engaging sessions, ensuring smooth execution, and collaborating with the broader wellness team to integrate yoga into holistic offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality, inclusive yoga sessions tailored to corporate employees.
  • Design structured yoga programs that align with organisational wellness objectives.
  • Execute with consistency: maintain session schedules, attendance, and participant engagement.
  • Collaborate with the wellness team to integrate yoga into holistic offerings.
  • Take ownership of the yoga vertical – bring creative ideas and ensure their implementation.
  • Collect feedback, track participation, and report outcomes to continuously improve programming.
  • Support wellness events, challenges, and workshops beyond regular classes.

Requirements:

  • Certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour or above) recognised certification such as YCB, RYT-200 or equivalent).
  • 2–4 years of teaching experience preferably in corporate or group class environments.
  • Strong execution mindset: not just creative ideas but the ability to make them happen.
  • Professionalism punctual dependable and able to manage schedules independently.
  • Excellent communication skills able to engage diverse groups of employees with confidence.
  • Passion for driving wellness at scale and making yoga accessible to people of all backgrounds.
