Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management specialist to support and enhance our organization's security program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our identity management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support the identity management platform, including authentication, authorization, and user provisioning.
  • Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Integrate new applications into the identity management system using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
  • Monitor and manage identity workflows, policies, and logs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across various integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with Security, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain documentation for identity configurations, integrations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay up to date with IAM industry trends and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in security audits and support compliance efforts (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience administering identity management platforms.
  • Proficiency with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with identity management workflows, API integrations, and automation.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
