Strategic HR Business Partner

Coforge is a leading IT services company seeking an experienced and skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting the business strategy through effective people management practices.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR, including recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance the current performance management philosophy and framework to drive a robust and sustainable performance culture across levels and locations.
- Execute cyclical people processes such as goal setting, annual and mid-year performance cycles, promotions, compensation management, etc., while ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with Business Units (BU) and HR teams to develop organization-level interventions, succession planning, and implement programs to ensure effectiveness.
- Support Lead People Partners in planning and executing people programs and initiatives across locations.
- Contribute to policy introductions or gaps by analyzing feedbacks, conducting focused group discussions, and comparative studies with the current market.
- Drive associate engagement initiatives through effective communication forums, capture insights, and plan key actions from focused group discussions.
- Manage separations process end-to-end, conduct exit interviews, and ensure smooth closure of final dues.
- Coach managers on their roles and issues, and conduct Step-UP meetings for new managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Pg Diploma in HR or equivalent degree.
- Total 7+ years' work experience in the human resources field.
- Data savvy, reporting, and MIS.
- Experience in conceptualizing and executing HR projects.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with other benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for growth and development.
