Scrum Master Job Overview

This role is focused on supporting the implementation and maintenance of Agile methodologies within an organization.

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master or Agile Coach to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring smooth team collaboration and effective workflow management.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with certification in Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) preferred but PSM2 or similar qualification also considered.
  • Experience working with scaled agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Scaled Scum is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills, enabling the ability to drive change and continuous improvement within teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to work in a multi-site, multi-technology environment.
