Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile teams and support their journey towards delivering innovative AI solutions in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Facilitation & Agile Coaching:
    • Plan and conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment through coaching on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles.
  • Delivery & Execution Support:
    • Remove obstacles and shield the team from external distractions, ensuring smooth execution of sprint goals and alignment with ART-level objectives.
    • Maintain a healthy backlog by collaborating with Product Owners and Product Managers.
  • SAFe & ART Alignment:
    • Coordinate cross-team alignment with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer.
    • Support the team in meeting ART-level commitments and improving flow metrics.
Requirements and QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
  • 2+ years working in SAFe environments, preferably within Agile Release Trains.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML or data-driven products.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, team health) and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM / SASM).
  • Background in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering is beneficial.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.
  • Understanding of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
