Executive Search Consultant

We specialize in identifying, attracting, and appointing top-level executives who drive business transformation. Our bespoke consulting approach combines search & selection, assessment, and transition coaching to ensure seamless integration.

Our clients rely on us to deliver exceptional results through strategic CXO hiring. We take a long-term view, partnering with our clients for 12-15 months to identify, recruit, and onboard the right talent.

To achieve this, we employ effective search strategies, conduct competency-based interviews, and administer psychometric assessments. Our consultants work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach, facilitating chemistry meetings and coaching processes to ensure a smooth executive integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute customized search strategies to identify top-level executives.
  2. Conduct thorough candidate assessments using competency-based interviewing techniques.
  3. Administer and interpret psychometric assessments, providing actionable insights for client submission.
  4. Manage day-to-day tasks, including client consultations, progress updates, report sharing, confidentiality maintenance, and end-to-end search process management.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate executive transitions, ensuring a seamless handover.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
  • Strategic planning, follow-up, and relentless execution capabilities.
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Prior experience in executive search is mandatory.
