Insurance Risk Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Risk Manager to oversee the organization's insurance portfolio, ensuring optimal coverage and minimizing risks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential exposures and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Develop and implement effective insurance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with insurance providers, negotiate premiums, and ensure timely claim settlements.
- Analyze insurance claims and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of all insurance policies and related documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of general insurance principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in dealing with external stakeholders.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferably with specialized knowledge in insurance.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in insurance risk management, preferably in a senior role.
