Job Title: Payment and Billing Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Payment and Billing Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify, record, and update customer invoice payments accurately.
  • Track transactions across multiple platforms, including Stripe, Paddle, and cryptocurrency.
  • Monitor and manage disputes, chargebacks, and fraud cases thoroughly.
  • Validate cryptocurrency payments using Ledger and blockchain tools efficiently.
  • Identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records regularly.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • A basic understanding of payment systems and cryptocurrency is necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and handle confidential data securely is required.
  • A technical background or familiarity with digital platforms is preferred.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
  • Experience with SaaS, fintech, or digital products would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of anti-fraud, compliance, or financial risk management is desirable.
  • Prior remote work experience is advantageous.
