We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Payment Specialist to oversee vendor payments and ensure financial accuracy across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify vendor invoices related to construction, design, and project services, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with site teams and procurement for invoice approvals and clarifications, guaranteeing seamless communication.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors, consultants, and service providers, maintaining a high level of fiscal discipline.
  • Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts and aging reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Handle statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and RERA-related documentation, staying up-to-date on the latest regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, with a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in the real estate or construction sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
