Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to fulfill key responsibilities and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with billing inquiries and resolving disputes in a timely manner.
  • Manage and recover outstanding payments from customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with debtors to negotiate payment plans, resolve discrepancies, and apply cash effectively.
  • Investigate and address customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform regular tasks of the Customer Invoicing Processing function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reconcile orders to match customer books, validating credits or debits and sending them for collection or refund.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Graduates and/or postgraduates with 4 to 9 years of relevant work experience.
  • End-to-end knowledge in AR.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Billing & Invoicing, Cash Application, Customer Reconciliation.
