  • Recruitment Operations: Manage applicant tracking systems, internal spreadsheets, and other tools to ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, collect feedback, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
