A passionate Sex Therapist is required to help individuals overcome challenges related to their sexual and psychological health.

This unique role combines therapeutic expertise with a focus on client acquisition and sales, involving initial discovery calls and pitching treatment packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients seeking help for psychological and sexual health issues, establishing rapport and building trust while guiding clients to understand the support they need.
  • Pitch appropriate treatment packages and treatment plans, demonstrating how they align with the client's goals, effectively communicating benefits and outcomes while addressing concerns or questions.
  • Closely work with our team of therapists to ensure a seamless transition from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.
  • Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during initial calls, ensuring clients feel heard and validated, providing referrals or resources for clients not immediately ready to proceed with treatment.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information, assisting in continuously improving the discovery call process and treatment offerings by providing feedback on client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (depending on location requirements).
  • Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and address client needs empathetically.
  • Excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
  • Ability to pitch and close sales in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
