Job Overview

This position requires a skilled professional with a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for navigating complex sales cycles. Your focus will be on building relationships, introducing innovative solutions, and aligning Zendesk's products with customers' business objectives to secure satisfaction and expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion.
  • Nurture customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction, retention, and strategic partnerships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to optimize account revenue and profitability.
  • Utilize data insights, customer intents, and adoption history to effectively prospect new clients and enhance retention strategies.
  • Convey the benefits of Zendesk products to customers, ensuring alignment with their business objectives to secure satisfaction and product expansion.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, utilizing strong communication skills and value selling to articulate compelling business cases.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and an accurate forecast to exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Establish executive sponsorship and build relationships with decision-makers and champions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and streamline execution.

You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, allowing for collaboration and connection while also providing flexibility to work remotely. You must be physically located in Karnataka to fulfill this role.
