Compelling Content Specialist - Telco Network

As a content specialist in the telco network domain, you will be responsible for developing narratives around 4G/5G networks, AI/ML applications, and next-generation telco solutions. This involves aligning with the company's product, service, and solution strategy to create engaging content that resonates with customers.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including CTOs, to extract technical insights and transform them into customer-ready stories. You will also design thought leadership content for industry events, blogs, and social media platforms, as well as develop visual storytelling assets like infographics, journey maps, and data visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling narratives around 4G/5G networks, AI/ML applications, and next-generation telco solutions aligned with company strategy.
  • Create high-impact collateral, including customer proposals, executive decks, whitepapers, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with CTO team to extract technical insights and turn them into customer-ready stories.
  • Design thought leadership content for industry events, blogs, and social media.
  • Develop visual storytelling assets, including infographics, journey maps, and data visualizations.
  • Align all content with brand tone, positioning, and go-to-market messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in telecom, preferably with Tier-1 operators, OEMs, or consulting firms.
  • Proven track record of content creation and storytelling in 4G/5G domains.
  • Solid understanding of network architecture, optimization, testing, and emerging AI/ML applications in telecom.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience in creating executive-level presentations, infographics, and visual narratives.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or any content design tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, technical, and marketing teams.
