Job Role: Associate Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Master process and category knowledge to serve as a single point of contact for complex categories/regions.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers/KAMs to build business context and foster effortless partnerships.
  • Apply advanced project management skills to lead multiple projects seamlessly, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of PepsiCo business, categories, products, tools, and share new learnings with the team on a continual basis.
  • Contribute to the execution of planograms, best-in-class reports, tools, and customized shelving/assortment plans by leveraging merchandising guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end best-in-class planograms by becoming an SME for most categories.
  • Acquire space automation skills to automate planogram execution or acquire space analysis skills to improve space productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the delivery of work.
  • Display high accountability when completing high-visibility requests with tight turnaround times.
  • Scale growth by identifying areas where CI is required, both within existing scope as well as new areas of opportunity.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Work in a team environment, focusing on achieving team goals over individual goals.
  • Continuously learn and apply advanced levels of expertise in JDA, MS Excel, and other relevant applications.
  • Collaborate with peers, promoting best practices and elevating the team's ability to tackle business questions with value adds.
  • Learn and implement principles of trade and category management.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to new hires and Associate/Sr/Space Analysts as needed.
