Lead Visionary - Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Job Overview:

We're seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our AI/ML strategy and transform our matchmaking platforms. As the Lead Visionary, you'll oversee innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement, leveraging data science to redefine how people connect.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI/ML roadmap that powers cutting-edge matchmaking, advanced analytics, and real-time decision-making models.
  • Promote the integration of AI and LLMs to enhance developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and improve overall user experience.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Advanced Analytics for Business Growth: Drive initiatives that propel revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and enhance engagement by translating data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation: Foster a world-class data science team, encouraging continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • AI/ML/LLM Experience: Langchain, GPT APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Recommendation Systems, AutoML
  • Data & Intelligence: Real-time analytics, data pipelines, customer journey insights, churn prediction models
  • Experience in Python, R, or other programming languages for data science
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills to develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for a business model.
Requirements:

Mastery of 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI Product Development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications)

B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from top-tier institutions; MBA or executive education preferred.
