Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned engineer to lead the development of our AI platform, overseeing the design and implementation of its capabilities.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI technology, strong systems thinking, and security and privacy instincts.
  • They will also possess excellent written communication skills, be able to turn product problems into working software quickly, and ensure operational excellence through robust logging and monitoring.

Responsibilities include designing high-throughput content processing pipelines, implementing identity and trust features, ingesting and normalizing external data, and shipping modern UIs and APIs.

Key Qualifications
  • A proven track record of building production systems as the primary builder.
  • Hands-on gen-AI experience and strong understanding of systems thinking.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas simply.
  • Strong security and privacy instincts and ability to implement these in code.
