Job Title: Vocational Training Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Vocational Training Officer to join our team at AP Cement Works.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • First Class Mining Certificate;
  • Fluency in Telugu and Hindi Languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Compliance: Ensure 100% training compliance without affecting production by preparing quarterly and annual returns as per Vocational Training Rules, 1966.
  2. Candidate List: Prepare candidate lists for initial and refresher training, including imparting practical training.
  3. Module Preparation: Create modules as per MVTR-1966.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training and submit reports to the Chief Inspector of Mines or Regional Inspector of Mines.
  5. Safety Standards: Ensure 100% compliance with all safety standards and applicable recommendations.
  6. Active Participation: Participate in safety training, sub-committees, standard champions meetings, and safety events.
  7. MIS Report: Prepare MIS reports and update QCDIP and LCM.
  8. IMS Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with IMS systems and documentation requirements for internal and external audits.
