Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sourcing Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. This position involves screening the global supply market for engineering materials and products, analyzing and evaluating quoted items, and driving Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screening the global supply market for engineering materials and products based on local production facilities' needs, spare parts requirements, and worldwide Engineering organization demands.
  • Analysis and evaluation of quoted materials and products, strategic supplier selection in cooperation with the technical requestor.
  • Driving RFQ processes, including quote follow-ups, supplier meetings, and on-site evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced individual with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or a related field and 8-12 years of experience in mechanical machines manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay, and Source-to-Pay processes. Additionally, proficiency in problem-solving tools like CAPA and 8D is essential.
