Expert Raw Material Sourcing Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a network of suppliers to secure raw materials for our flexible packaging operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop vendor management strategies to ensure timely delivery and quality consistency of PET/BOPP/CPP/PE films, inks, adhesives, foils, and cylinders.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
- Monitor lead times, reorder levels, and alternate sourcing options to optimize procurement processes.
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement effectiveness and ensure timely material availability.
- 15 years of experience in procurement of packaging/converting inputs.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Packaging, Engineering, or Commerce.
- Strong negotiation, industry networking, and technical skills.
- Preferred: Knowledge of polymer pricing, cylinder engravers, and alternate sourcing.
A proven track record of success in procurement, with a strong focus on vendor management, cost control, and compliance. A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are essential in this role.
