Lead Planner Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading S&OP functions and possess strong knowledge of end-to-end planning, including demand, supply, and inventory management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of S&OP strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior planners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our operations remain competitive and efficient.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience leading S&OP functions with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of digital planning tools such as Kinaxis Maestro or IBP.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in recruitment and onboarding of team members is a plus.
