We are seeking a seasoned analytics leader to join our team as a Senior Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping how data informs decisions across Fulfillment & Logistics.

\

As the Senior Manager, Data Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Planners and Analysts. You will drive continuous process improvements across planning processes, partner with senior stakeholders to translate business problems into structured analytical projects, and build scalable data frameworks, planning models, and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end supply planning cycle, translating demand forecasts into supply plans for inbound/outbound/returns for fulfillment and logistics teams.\
  • Collaborate with demand planning, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure adequate capacity is there to fulfill the monthly plan and ensure timely shipping and on-time deliveries.\
  • Lead seasonal and promotional event planning including inventory build-up strategies, temporary storage solutions, manpower planning by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.\
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators including daily attainment, capacity utilization, promise quality etc.\
  • Drive continuous process improvements across planning processes.\
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business problems into structured analytical projects.\
  • Build scalable data frameworks, planning models, and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making at all levels.\
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Planners and Analysts.\
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.\
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis of key performance indicators.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and make recommendations for process improvements and best practices.\
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.\
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities that may impact the organization.\
  • Participate in budget planning and management.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.\
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.\
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on key deliverables.\
  • Communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.\
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.\
  • Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their careers.\
  • Actively participate in the development of departmental policies and procedures.\
  • Recommend and implement changes to existing processes or procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.\
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to pursue them.\
  • Steward company resources and assets.\
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new team members.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned.\
