Job Overview

As a senior leader in data science, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models.

  • Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Lead the analysis and preprocessing of diverse datasets relevant to the mortgage industry, ensuring high-quality data for model training.
  • Model Development and Fine-Tuning: Collaborate with domain experts to research and implement state-of-the-art NLP models, focusing on pre-training and fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs for mortgage-specific applications.
  • Algorithm Implementation: Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms to enhance model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate industry knowledge into model development, ensuring outputs are relevant and actionable.
  • Experimentation: Conduct experiments to validate model hypotheses, analyze results, and iterate on model improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
