Our organization seeks a skilled Celonis professional to lead data analytics initiatives and drive business process improvements. Key responsibilities include implementing Celonis EMS, configuring and deploying it for client projects, and extracting transforming and loading (ETL) data from ERP/CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Celonis EMS solutions
  • Configure and deploy Celonis EMS for clients
  • Extract, transform and load (ETL) data from ERP/CRM systems
  • Build and optimize event logs, data models and process flows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business process inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs and action flows to visualize insights and drive improvements
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in data analytics or implementation roles
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Celonis EMS
  • Strong understanding of SQL, PQL and ETL tools
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
  • Knowledge of business process management and workflow interpretation
  • Familiarity with data modeling and complex workflow design
