Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems — Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodology and facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
