Job Overview:As a Business Analyst/ Scrum Master, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves collaborating with pathology and laboratory teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize user stories.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Drive project execution by tracking progress, identifying risks, resolving blockers, and communicating updates to leadership.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems — Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Agile methodology and facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
