Job Summary

The Assembly Manager oversees the assembly and testing of customized fabricated valves. This involves coordinating with design and quality control teams to ensure final dimensions, testing parameters, and documentation meet required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves.
  • Coordinate with design and quality control for final dimension, testing parameters, and documentation.
  • Ensure test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve.
  • Track throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance.
  • Lead a team of Engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers with a strong focus on time and quality.

Required Skills and Traits:

  • A deep understanding of valve assemblies, torque specs, sealing principles, and testing.
  • A hands-on approach and calmness under pressure.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. A degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  2. At least two years' experience working in Fabrication/Machine tool building/Equipment manufacturing in a similar or Assistant Manager role, with a minimum of 10 years' overall industry experience.
