Email Marketing Role Overview

The Email Marketing Specialist position plays a pivotal role within our campaign management support team.

As a valued member of this experienced email marketing team, the incumbent should possess a strong passion for email campaigns marketing.

  • End-to-end campaign execution involves managing existing campaigns, new campaign setup, data selection, campaign rollout, and results tabulation.
  • Managing existing & new campaigns and customer targeting, as well as workflow setup on platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Oracle Unity, and Oracle Infinity IQ.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with hands-on experience in design and development of email campaigns using Oracle Responsys.

  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Unity CDP implementation for more than 2 customers.
  • Hands-on experience in development of business intelligence reports using Oracle Infinity IQ and familiarity with dashboard reporting and insights.
  • Experience writing complex queries, utilizing advanced PL/SQL concepts and performance tuning.
Working Conditions

This role requires flexibility in any shift (day/night) with rotational week-offs model.
