We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to lead our team of professionals.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of team members including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organizational policy and applicable legal requirements.
You will regularly impart effective coaching to team members, enabling consistent high-performance delivery monthly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operations matrices like Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, SLA and excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs') expectations.
You will communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
This position requires the ability to lead team members, multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines of deliverables.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of professionals
- Regularly impart effective coaching to team members
- Identify performance related issues and develop an action plan for improvement
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual KPIs expectations
