Role Overview
The Performance Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and scaling performance-driven digital campaigns across the Groups business verticals.
The role demands expertise in paid media, SEO/SEM, analytics, and digital growth strategies to drive measurable results in terms of leads, conversions, and ROI for projects across real estate, hospitality, and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive lead generation and conversions for Ridhira Groups real estate projects, hospitality retreats, and wellness offerings.
- Manage campaign budgets, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and deliver strong ROI on digital spends.
- Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns to nurture leads through multiple funnels.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure impactful campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Optimize campaign creatives, ad copies, and landing pages for maximum conversion.
- Monitor Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, CRM dashboards, and create detailed campaign performance reports.
- Scale new growth opportunities such as influencer marketing, affiliates, and digital partnerships.
- Continuously benchmark against competitor campaigns and industry best practices.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities and brand positioning.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or wellness sectors.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager.
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
- Proven track record of achieving lead and revenue targets through digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
