Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Design Architect to lead the creation of detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations.

The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience as a design-focused architect, with expertise in conceptualizing and executing design solutions.

They will be responsible for leading design-thinking initiatives, infusing creativity and innovation into architectural projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills, and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, demonstrating the ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design visions and strategies.

  • Develop and implement design strategies that meet project requirements.
