Delivery Leader

We are seeking a seasoned delivery professional to lead the operations for a top Fintech client in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:- Domain Expertise: Strengthen domain capabilities in Financial Crime industry by developing and deploying best practices.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategy aligned with the growth objectives and lead cross-functional planning activities.
- Business Development: Support business growth by collaborating with Sales & marketing across geographies.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive operational improvements for business vertical including optimizing resource allocation across teams.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by establishing strong relationships with clients.
- P&L Management: Manage P&L of the business operations, including the development and execution of the overall business strategy.
- Team Leadership: Manage a large, high-performance global team.
- 12+ years of operations experience within a BPO/ Contact Centre with last few years managing and running the operations.
- Domain Knowledge: Profound understanding of banking operations, particularly in KYC, CDD, EDD, Chargeback, Disputes, Fraud Investigations, AML, AFC, transaction monitoring, crypto currency, wallet screening.
