We are seeking a seasoned Placement Manager to lead our student career services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and implementing effective placement strategies, prioritizing candidates with connections in the Media & Journalism industry, and achieving individual targets for recruitment, internships, and live projects.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping students launch their careers and has excellent interpersonal skills and communication.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals, network with key stakeholders, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize successful career outcomes for graduating students through campus recruitment.
  • Prioritize candidates with connections in the Media & Journalism industry.
  • Achieve individual targets for recruitment, internships, and live projects.
  • Support team members and convert new accounts through market outreach.
  • Plan corporate activities, including guest lectures and workshops.
  • Manage student career services, including career counselling and interview preparation.
  • Network with key stakeholders, including Alumni, Faculty, and Marketing teams.
  • Work with senior professionals to close deals and achieve placement targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
  • High integrity and preference for Edtech industry.
  • Knowledge of industry demographics is an added advantage.
