Telecom Order Management Developer
Job Description
As a skilled Telecom Order Management developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module. You will collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications to meet telecom order management needs.
  • Configure and customize Order Management modules to enable seamless handling of product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflows.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments.
  • Support UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processes.
  • Follow Agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and ITSM best practices.

Required Skills:
Our ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module, hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform, and proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal. Additionally, they should have experience working in Agile/DevOps environments and ability to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides. Telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment is also required.
