Job Description:

  • As a ServiceNow SPM professional, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions on the ITSM/ITOM modules using best practices.
  • You will partner with the ServiceNow Business Analyst to understand requirements and possible solutions.
  • You will take ownership of complex business requirements and work them to completion.
  • You will take ownership of the incident queue and work on remediation to completion.
  • You will work closely with the ServiceNow functional team and external development partners to build requested items.
  • You will have experience configuring and improving core and custom applications.
  • You will have experience configuring and maintaining workflows, flow designs, scripts, UI design, ACL, and business rules.
  • You will configure and maintain notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script includes, and Formatters.
  • You will have working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM integrations using out-of-the-box spokes or APIs.
  • You will develop reports and dashboards using core ServiceNow functionality.
  • You will load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • You will develop and maintain clear and concise technical and process documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with project team members collaboratively
  • Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)

Awarded Certifications in ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification CAD CSA Implementation Specialist ITSM. Desired skills include:

  • SPM Implementer Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Agile Implementer Certification
