About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Communication Officer to join our team at 2coms. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Action complaints received within stipulated timeframes.
  • Ensure quality resolution and end-to-end resolution for customer complaints and grievances.
  • Validate inputs from various channels on complaints cases and provide correct feedback to the central CCM team.
  • Validate voice recordings for complaints involving abusive calls or mis-commitment.
  • Highlight key complaint trends across locations to ensure correct actions are taken to address them.
