Material Master Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Master Analyst to play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of material master data within SAP HANA. This position will support operational efficiency, product lifecycle management, and strategic decision-making across various functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Extending new material codes in various depots with HSN Code, Shipping point, planned price, standard cost for various materials in depots/plant across India.
  • Maintaining material master data through regular updates and quality checks.
  • Utilizing SAP MDO Tool to create new VERP, ROH, HAWA codes for improved data quality.
  • Managing Service now ticketing tool and MDO Tools for workflow testing and material creation.
  • Performing material master change activities, material availability checks, and stock transfers.
  • Transferring materials using MIGO transactions.
  • Providing training to end-users on material activities like creation, change, and extension.
  • Generating production data to create masters data, BOM, Routing, and WorkCentre through BDC Reports.
  • Completing tasks assigned, understanding business needs, and supporting operational requirements by working extended hours.
  • Preparing MIS and dashboards on daily/weekly basis to track performance and progress.
  • Adhering to defined SLAs for respective activities.
  • Experience in SAP ECC/HANA is essential.
