Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Solutions Specialist

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will spearhead the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency and driving business growth through ORC module utilization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Expert domain knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM) covering the entire hire to retire cycle.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Core HR & ORC Modules, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Deep understanding of HCM Cloud business process and data flow, with expertise in analyzing complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong client-facing skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Leadership capability with strong planning, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
